I log into my dash commerce site, I put an item in my cart and then "proceed to checkout." Becuase I am logged in, I get a dropdown list with my address in it, so I choose it and click continue.
The problem is that the summary information listed in the right column under Billing Address and Shipping Address has an old email address listed.
By the email address I can tell that it was pulled from PayPal, but I have since deleted that address from my PayPal account.
Is this a known issue? How do I get that email address to update? How does your dash commerce site account get linked to your paypal account?
I have already checked my account details in my dash commerce site and see that my correct email address is listed, but this is not the email address used during the checkout process.
My ideas at this point are to create a new account in the dash commerce site and see if the correct email address gets associated from my paypal account.
But that doesn't solve the problem longterm. Whenver a user changes their paypal email address I want it to update in my dash commerce site.
Does anyone understand what I'm talking about?
