Hi,

When I change the base SKU number of a product, the inventory still shows the old number. And when I want to modify the associated attributes for a product, the add/delete attribute check box no longer comes up. How can I flush the database of old info and re-edit the assigned attributes to a product?

You would have to go into the dashCommerce_Store_Sku table in the database then delete the old SKU's then you can resave the sku's on the sku page of the product 

If you want to edit the associated attributes then you have to open the dashCommerce_Store_Product table and uncheck IsEnabled on that product
