Since this is a General forum and I know lot of geeks are here I am throwing this question (this is not a DC question)
I am designing a knowledge bank system for my agency and everyone is talking about implementing a self learning search facility. I don't have any idea how to implement something like this. Anyone have any experience on this or any great ideas?
