Here is my string that it is sending to PayPal Sandbox, should it not go to a sandbox.paypal page that the customer has the option of creating a paypal account or using their credit card, instead it goes to the paypal sandbox page telling me to log in as the developer?
Am I missing something in DC3.01 or is it paypal sandbox?
I have doublechecked the doublechecks and the PDT and reset the sandbox many times.
