    trust levels

I've looked through a lot of posts to troubleshoot my issue: Security header is not valid.

A few in particular discussed trust levels and checking them.  I can't find what that actually means anywhere.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

    Re: trust levels

I read the article and changed the web.config to have the trust line working.  After I do that, I get a security error about the site and told to configure it.  I commented the line back out again and it is working.... like before, which is still not working.

However, after talking with paypal, I now realize that I can't use my live paypal credentials against their sandbox.  So I went throught the process to get a sandbox credentials and plugged it into the software.  Now, I get the error: This transaction cannot be processed. Please enter a valid credit card number and type..

I'm using their test credit card number: specifically 4222222222222 with dates in the future.

Any ideas on what to do next?

If you are in a medium trust environment then you can't connect to PayPal Pro's webservice.

You can also try one of these CC numbers

I setup a test account in Paypals sandbox today as well, and had the same issue until I logged into the sandbox and went into my seller account (that I just created) and accepted the billing agreement. Once I did that, transactions flowed through. Not sure if it will help, but thought I would mention it. -Dom
