dashCommerce

 I created a new theme and would like it to be the main theme. I went to the root web.config and set the pages theme property to my new theme. For some reason it doesn't work. It keeps the theme set as dashCommerce. Please help with this issue, it shouldn't even be an issue. Maybe there is some code that explicitly sets the theme. Thanks for your help.

In Admin -> Site -> Site Settings -> General you will find a dropdown that will list all of the theme directories found under App_Themes. The label is "Theme:". Here you can select the theme to use. Once selected, save it off and you should be good to go with that theme.

 thanks for your help. i really appreciate it. this is already the second setting i found in the web.config that is not used. why did they do this?
