help installing on Visual web developer express edition 2005

I am trying to install on Visual web developer 2005 or 2008 edition .

so that I can transfer to my server running .net 2.0

I get error message "Could not load file or assembly 'System.Web.Extensions, Version=1.0.61025.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."

Can every body help.

Did you install the asp.net Ajax extensions?
