PayPal Standard processing

EDIT=disregard, for some reason it just started working all by itself. Thanks Here is my string that it is sending to PayPal Sandbox, should it not go to a sandbox.paypal page that the customer has the option of creating a paypal account or using their credit card, instead it goes to the paypal sandbox...

I replaced the MettleSystems.dashCommerce.Store.dll and .Web.dll in hopes of getting back to something that might actually work somewhat, but it craps out at the same place and provides the exact same errors... I think I've screwed things up so badly by now that it would be nice to go back to a pristine...

Well BlogEngine is my main app and it took me three days before i got it to work with godaddy so i really don't want to mess with it an move it to another directory. is there any other way? i been looking into hosting companies and other that the lack of control they offer the best plan for the least...
