How to create user control for Zeropayment provider in DC 3.0.1?

Hi I created a class "Zeropaymentprovider" which implements Ipaymentprovider. How do I create a user control (paymentconfiguration) with the following fileds Merchant_name Password MercID Then I can configure this in the Admin control panel

Using dashCommerce with Paymentech Orbital Gateway

Has anyone done this? I'm hitting a brick wall with the Paymentech support staff and would love to intergrate this with dashCommerce. The area of gateway providers is very confusing to me. Any tips or advise would be greatly appreciated.
