CSS friendly controls

How can create a new design for the pages?

We plan to use DashCommerce for one of our website, how can we apply a new design to the Front end pages? where to see the samples for the templates? is there any pre designed templates available for DashCommerce? if we decide to create our own layout what are all the parameters that we have to keep...
